    I called Alex on a Saturday of a Bank Holiday weekend to help with an issue with my UPVC backdoor. Alex was honest, reliable, professional and kept me updated throughout the time that he worked to fix the issue. How we make your lost mercedes key

Losing your car key can be a worrying experience. Luckily we are here to make the process of getting a replacement key as simple and hassle free as possible. Simply call us giving your Mercedes model and location. After that we’ll send someone to you straight away to take care of the rest.  Once at your car we can gain entry to your vehicle without causing any damage using specialist mercedes tools. Once inside, our Mercedes specialist will remove the immobiliser module from the vehicle (this is the part you insert your key into and holds all the data which is used to recognise your key and start the car).  A brand new Mercedes key will then be programmed into this module before installing it back into the vehicle. Mercedes key programming can take up to 50 minutes but is usually completed within 20-30 minutes.
