    I called Alex on a Saturday of a Bank Holiday weekend to help with an issue with my UPVC backdoor. Alex was honest, reliable, professional and kept me updated throughout the time that he worked to fix the issue. Alex needed a specific (unique) part to fix the door and despite most suppliers being closed, Alex managed to find a supplier that was still open and then drove to obtain the part.
